FX Footwear manufactures performance insoles using a wide range of foam platforms, including EVA, polyurethane (PU), supercritical foams, memory foam, and selected bio-based or recycled materials. Our capabilities cover supercritical EVA, TPU, TPEE, A-TPU, PEBA, EVA foam, poured PU, open-cell PU, and sustainable foam solutions. Based on your target cushioning, weight, durability, cost, and sustainability requirements, our engineering team recommends the most suitable material and construction.
Can you supply other footwear components besides insoles?

What is the minimum order quantity for custom insoles?
MOQ varies by material and construction — typically starting from 500 pairs per SKU for standard constructions. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements; we offer flexibility for new product development orders.
How long does insole sampling take?
Standard sample lead time is 15 days or less from the date we receive confirmed specifications and material approval. Rush sampling is available for select constructions.
Can you match an existing insole design?
Yes. We accept reference samples, technical drawings, and 3D scan data. Our engineering team will assess the construction and provide a detailed cost and timeline estimate within 3 business days.
Do your insoles comply with REACH regulations?
REACH is an EU chemical regulation, not a certification. For EU-destined programs, FX can source materials to meet customer-specified REACH requirements and coordinate testing or reporting on a project basis. Since our primary market is the US, REACH reports are not a default package for every product.
What certifications do your factories hold?
FX Footwear's certification and verification base includes GRS (Global Recycled Standard), ISO 13485:2016, Higg Index, and SLCP. Additional third-party testing can be arranged on request — samples are submitted to accredited labs, with testing costs borne by the customer.
